Conditions
Prices are quoted per apartment at night, for a minimum stay of 3 days. Prices may vary, depending on seasons.
Price includes one weekly bed linen change, heating, electricity and final cleaning.
Check-in: after 3 pm
Check-out: at 9 am
Reservation will be considered valid after receiving of money deposit and written confirmation.

We kindly ask our guests to warn us if arrival time is expected after 7 pm. Changes about number of persons have to be communicated and confirmed in time. The bill has to be paid at the moment of check-in or the day before leaving, preferably in cash, bank cheque or credit card.
The price doesn’t include the tourist tax of 2,30€ per person at night. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt from this tax.
Cancellation
It sounds unpleasant and in fact it is, both for you and for us.
We kindly ask your comprehension if last moment cancellations (until 1 month before arrival date) will entail a charge for damage covering of 100% of the apartment’s price. In the same way, in case of early departures or late arrivals we will charge 100% of the price of the reserved apartment.
The down deposit will not be refund in case of cancellation, including also snow and meteorological conditions.
